two nice changes(saves and bashing)

We have come to agreement regarding bashes reaching players in the back row such as bash.

On reboot, hopefully this will no longer occur and any bash targeted to a back row player will be intercepted by a front row player.

Also, in regards to Dragoth's last posting, mob saves have been lowered. This should help with prepping mobs.
