Telnet / SSH

I have a new internet tablet device which is great for me as I travel a lot, its a Nokia N800, web browsing and internet connectivity is great, however it dosen't have telnet on it.
This means I'd have to either take my laptop instead which I was hoping this would mean I could avoid, or I can't use to play sloth when e.g. bored on a long train journey.

I can't find a way to install a telnet client on it without (a) a linux box available and (b) a ot more understanding of how linux works.

I have managed to install an ssh client, but am floudering as to whether this can be used to connect to sloth.

Can anyone enlighten me as to whether this is possible or come up with a suggestion?

Thanks for that Blastem, nice link, not one I'd found though I had found a few similar, contained some nice stuff but sadly no telnet client :(

Guess I'll keep lugging my laptop round
