What was the rationale behind the class order? Did you roll it specifically to sell it?

How much more manaregen would that character have over a monk/cleric or monk/mage? and is that outdoor only?

Not sure. Anyway there's no point having cleric secondary. Mandatory supplications are peri and xag(on low levels), mare and eudaemon(on higher). So cleric can be even fifth. But it's really hard to start when it is so far away. So I placed it third.
Secondary options are warrior(hitpoints, better max_str, early entrench and triple attack), druid(manaregen) or necro(better pets). I'd went with second.
