Comments field added to eqlist

The eqlist now has a 'comments' field for each eq type. To add a comment to an existing item, email it to <A href='mailto:blackmore@surly.org'>Blackmore</A>. To add a comment to a new item, it's just a field in the submission form.

To view comments, click on the 'comments' link under the name of the item in the results table of the eqlist. Only those items that actually have comments will have this link.

Just to let people know this was suggested so that we could make comments about clasps in particular. For instance Iolite is listed under high and low but can only be used on one or the other...this way we can put under comments High OR low not both to let people know.
I thought about having a clasps category all its own but this works much nicer so you can hit clasps and see all the clasps listed along with where they go. I never thought about using it for other eq but I guess you could
