Hi guys!
Can anyone explain new vault system very short, please?
Very brief how-to. I'm a bit confused with new changes sinse Sloth III.

Availability: Everyone

A hovel is the starting point for our housing system. It consists
of one room with a vault. You may purchase a hovel on any continent
that has a construction guild present.

Once you have purchased your hovel, you will be transported to your
room and given instructions on how to build it. You will be able to
give your room names, descriptions, and extra descriptions. Please
refer to help house for more detailed information. When building
your home, please keep your descriptions in theme with our world.
Immortals reserve the right to change anything we deam unacceptable.

Each player will only be allowed one connection point per continent
for their buildings. What this means is, your original hovel will be
connected for you when you and from that point, every home you purchase
will need to be connected, by you, in some fashion with the original
one. Please refer to help hdir for more detailed information regarding
how to connect your homes to one another.

You may add extra items to your property such as boards, creatures,
and stores. This will be done buy using the house command which was
referred to earlier in this help file.

1) A hovel consists of a room and a vault
2) Once you have purchases your hovel, you may describe it using help
house as a guide
3) You must purchase a key inside your first room purchase, make sure
you bring a million gold with you, do this by typing house buy key
inside your hovel. This key will be used to open all locks to entrance
rooms on any continents you have purchased houses on.
4) Once this is complete, to initiate the vault, you must type:
unlock vault comboyouwant
5) Type unlock vault comboyouset once more to open the vault
6) Now give an immortal a tell and let them know you are ready for them
to connect it


The house command will be used to give your room it's name, description,
and whatever other information, items, and creatures you desire. When
adding items or creatures, the item/creature will be zoned in the room
the purchase was made in, so please be careful when using house 'buy'
command.

Usage:: house <arg1> <arg2>
arg1: name, description sector, extra, extra kill
arg2: description

Usage: house
When used by itself, this command will show you a list of housing #'s
and room names to each #. This information will make connecting your
rooms easy. It only shows you the properties to which you own on that
particular continent. The listing only works when inside of your hovel.
At the end of the list, it also gives you the command syntax which
will help with your hovel construction.

Usage: house name <room name>
This will give your building a name. Do not include brackets.

Usage: house description
Once the return key is hit you enter the description using 'string mode'.
End the room description with @ on a new line.

Example:

]walnut wood and the floor is covered with a fine, hand made red carpet.<cr>
]Comfortable chairs rest behind a large table in one corner while the<cr>

Usage: house EXTRA <keywords><cr>
Adding extras to a room helps a great deal to create a well-rounded room.
Use 'string mode' to enter the description. The keywords are the words
that can be used to look at.

Example:
house extra door
]The oak door has large bent iron nails hammered deep into it. Once upon
]a time a sign was nailed here, the edge of the sign spells the words
]"No.....Y"
]@

Usage: house EXTRA kill <keywords>
Occasionaly you'll want to delete an existing extra, enter the keywords
for the extra after the kill parameter.
Example:
house extra kill door
house extra kill (will kill all the options in the room.)

Usage: house buy <option>

You may purchase extra options for placement on the property you own.
When you purchase these items, they are zoned to the room the purchase
is made, so please choose carefully. A list of options can be found
at help room bonuses.

In your home you may have one or more vaults, each one can be
accessed using the following commands.

Vault Commands:
===============

1. Unlock Vault XXXXXX
You must choose a secret 6-digit combination, with no leading zero.
Then the very first time you use your vault you will need to do use
this command twice, initially to set the combination, then again to
unlock it. Aftwards it will always unlock and open on the first use.

2. List
When your vault is unlocked you can display a list of the contents by
using this command.

3. Deposit <item>
This command will allow you to deposit an item from your inventory to
be stored till a later date. There are certain items that can't be
stored in vaults like spellbooks/holy items/restrung items/personal items.
Example: deposit barrel

4. Withdraw <#>
When you use the List command you will see the items in the vault
with an index to the left. Use the number to remove a single item.
Example: withdraw 2
Note: If you withdraw item 2, then all the indexs of the items in the list
after the one you removed will change.

5. Close Vault
When you have finished shuffling your items you'll want to close your vault
when you do this it automatically locks.

the room and how to initialize the vault with help housing .

Usage: hdir north to room#

Hdir is used to connect rooms on your property. You must be inside
the room you are trying to connect and the room you are trying to
connect to must be one of the ones listed when you type house with
no arguments.

Castle
Building Cost: 75M gold
Availability: Only to those who are at least tri40.

Castles have 6 rooms total with 4 of the being vault rooms. They also
come with a fountain, a board, and your choice of two room bonuses.
You may also purchase extra room bonuses at any time.

Should I contact an imm when I'm ready to purchase?
Should I prepare the room descriptions before contacting?
Can I choose where the connection point will be? (in S3 my vault was somewhere in Tony's temple)

Vault connection points are only within designated areas now.

You can buy vault without immortal help, just email me whenever you are ready to connect it.

Connection Points
BH Vaults - East of Lars
Ah Vaults - like SSW of Red Moran. (AH Residential District)
SS Vaults - out east gate, (til the sign for docks to south), go north
Ly Vaults - The Beach (I forget the run atm)
Island Vaults - gotta look that one up again

So, to be able to buy a vault, I must pay 10M coins AND 30 drachmas. Not good, thanks, I'll run with my junk for awhile.

no. to buy a vault find a vault seller on the continent you want your vault on.
there is one on each continent. iirc bh is the only one where you need to pay drachma
to get to the vault seller, and i am sure if you ask nicely someone would send you to kaya
so you can buy a vault in bh if you wanted to, but whatever.

Noone is trolling, I just was trying to get info I didn't found in help files, and figure out how one can has vault nowadays.

Well, things are going pretty well so far, thanks all for help and advice, now I'm proud owner of private property and can finally begin to hoard equipment.

Btw, where can I get an admin email address just in case I need to report something is not as I think it should be? Can't find anywhere on the website etc. Thanks in advance.
