Connection to SlothMud

I have a MudClient called JMC and I can't understand how to connect to Sloth. Also I tried to connect by Tinnet, but i can't write anything. Client in the begginig ask my name and I can't type it, I don't know why . Can somebody help?

Hey Gold Dragon...

I'd try this if you got windows...

Click Start
Click Run
Type in... telnet slothmud.org 6101
Smack your enter key...

If that doesn't connect to slothmud... then it's NOT your client, but your connection/firewall. Also, Sometimes if you can't see what your typing you need to find the option which "echos" your input, and toggle it to on. Maybe someone will be along, who is familar with your particular client. Also I found my error with echo when I use Telnet
And also I have already played for 5 hours at Sloth before reading this
