Acording to the who/groups lists - no. Still dated as 26 april each time unless ctrl+f5.

works smoothly to me.
tested on ie/chrome/mobile chrome.
updates each time when i hit reload without force-reload.

Tested group page in chrome. Never opened that website in it before - still "Last Updated: April 26, 2017 13:24:39"
So definitely not everything smooth.
I still have to force reload each page of the site to see actual data

On my mobile, in Chrome, data on current online and groups doesn't refresh.

Right now, for desktop Chrome/Yandex browser, the online/groups pages show nothing even when refreshed. The link to the Dynamic map from the main Live page is broken.
